Our Story & History
Sweet Revolution Bake Shop, founded in 2015 by Sarah McGregor-Ray and her family, has been serving made-from-scratch pies and sweets to the Greater Lafayette Area. What started years ago in a commissary kitchen, making pastries and pies for the Historic Downtown Lafayette Farmers Market, has grown into a beloved bakery. We continue to offer top-notch pastries and cater events in our community.
Historic Downtown Lafayette became our home, as the doors to our brick-and-mortar shop opened at 109 N 5th Street, on June 14, 2017. Our goal is to keep growing, thriving, and providing Greater Lafayette with high-quality, made-from-scratch pies, pastries and desserts.
What’s Unique About the Shop
We specialize in fresh-baked, made-from-scratch sweets with natural ingredients. Our menu includes ever-changing flavors, quiches, small-batched pies, coffee, and teas. Our fruit fillings are made from hand-cut and peeled fresh fruits. We serve a variety of sweet to savory pastries.
Our menu is allergy-friendly! Keto, gluten-free, and vegan items are available and most pies can be made gluten-free or vegan.
